Shipping and Returns

1. Shipments

You will receive your package in your mailbox 24 to 48 hours after it has been dropped off at the post office for Colissimo France shipments.
If you are absent, a delivery notice will inform you that your package is available at the nearest open post office.

We prefer to send your orders by envelope or package that can fit through a letterbox.

The option of collection by appointment is available and allows you to save on shipping costs and to meet us (premises in Paris 9th, 5 rue Hippolyte Lebas - prior appointment required).

On request, it is possible, for an additional charge, to be delivered by carrier (usually UPS).

Express delivery with Chronopost is also available.

2. Returns for exchange or refund

If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 15 days of receiving the order.
Please send us an email specifying the item you wish to return, the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
We will give you the address to return it to.
The credit is valid without time limit.
The refund will be made within 15 days maximum.

Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however minimal, and in a perfectly clean state.

In the case of an exchange, we will reimburse the return costs in the form of a credit note to be used on the entire site, for a maximum amount of 7 euros.
We do not cover return costs for items purchased on sale or in outlets, archives, or clearance sales.

In the event of an error in sending an item, the return costs will be refunded to you.

Items purchased from the outlet or clearance sale will be credited if returned.


3. Shipping costs

Free shipping in France for orders over €150 (excluding deliveries by Mondial Relay)
