Note: cotton piqué is a fabric traditionally used in children's fashion; it was invented in Great Britain at the end of the 19th century.

It is a traditional fabric. The way it is woven allows for tone-on-tone designs, with some parts slightly raised to create patterns.

With its attractive design, it's perfect for slightly more formal attire.

It is also very gentle on the skin.
