Expeditions and returns
Our top priority is the health and safety of everyone, you customers who receive your order and all those involved in its preparation and delivery.
Consequently, all precautions are taken when preparing your order.
You will receive your parcel in your letter box 48 to 72 hours after it has been deposited at the post office for Colissimo France shipments.
If you are absent, a delivery notice will inform you that your parcel is available at the nearest open post office.
We give preference to sending your orders by envelope or package that can fit in a letter box. The option of collection by appointment is available and allows you to save on postage costs and to meet us (premises in Neuilly, prior appointment).
On request, it is possible, with additional charges, to be delivered by a carrier (UPS usually).
If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 15 days of receipt of the order.
Please send us an email specifying the item you wish to return, the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
We will let you know the address where to send it back.
The credit note is valid for an unlimited period of time.
Refunds will be made within 15 days maximum.
Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however slight, and in a perfectly clean condition.
In the case of an exchange, we will reimburse the return costs in the form of a credit note for the entire site, for a maximum amount of 7 euros.
In the case of an error in the dispatch of an item, the return costs will be refunded.
Transportation costs are offered for orders above 150€
